About the Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Physical Therapist to join our Harrisonburg, Virginia team. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with children, values strong relationships with families, and wants the freedom to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatment to pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment as clinically appropriate.
- Provide caregiver education and home exercise programs to promote carryover outside of therapy.
- Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals involved in the child's care.
- Communicate and collaborate with SLP and OT team members when appropriate.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide high-quality, family-centered care while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
- Build positive relationships with children and families in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
- Current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, parents/caregivers, and other professionals.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $45.00 - $54.00 per hour
