Youll help us deliver great coffee, warm service, and an experience that reflects our commitment to quality and community.What Youll Do:Prepare and serve espresso drinks, drip coffee, and teas with consistency and careProvide warm, informed, and efficient service to every customerKeep the coffee bar, pastry case, and FOH space clean, stocked, and organizedEducate guests about our offerings and answer product questionsCommunicate clearly with team members in both FOH and kitchenHandle transactions accurately using our POS systemJump in where needed to support the full teamYoure a Good Fit If You:Have previous caf, barista, or customer service experience (but were open to training the right person)Love working with people and creating great guest experiencesAre a strong communicator and team playerAre reliable, calm under pressure, and pay close attention to detailsCare about good coffee, beautiful food, and intentional hospitalityBonus Points If You:Have experience dialing in espresso or working with a manual machineAre familiar with Square POSHave interest in local food, artisan baking, or specialty coffee cultureQualifications:Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours)Able to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAvailable for early mornings and weekendsPerks & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay tipsFlexible schedulingCoffee and staff mealsSupportive, kind, team-oriented environmentOpportunities to grow with a community-focused bakerySchedule:Full-Time, 35-40 hours per week.
