Sales Associate

Job duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with existing and potential customers through in-person, phone, and e-mail contact within designated sales territory [California]
• Present healthy, low-carbon options to customers designing and constructing single-family residential projects
• Help clients design and develop project specifications for single-family residential projects
• Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding proper materials and prices as well as technical information regarding application and specifications
•  Participating in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships & brand awareness
• Stay up to date with product features and specifications
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Recommend marketing strategies to target specific regions or demographics
• Generate quotes and orders for customers in-person, over the phone, or by email  
• Input and maintain database of customer information, leads, and projects
• Performs initial start-up and balancing of Zehnder ComfoAir Ventilation Systems
• Performs inspection and maintenance of Zehnder ComfoAir Ventilation Systems
