This is a full-time, on-site position for an Early Childhood Educator located in Brunswick, OH. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster early childhood development. Day-to-day tasks include supervising and nurturing children, creating creative learning opportunities, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining open communication with parents. The educator will also collaborate with colleagues to support the individual needs of each child, promoting their growth and development.
- Experience and knowledge in Early Childhood Development and working with children
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for building relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Creativity in developing engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Organization Skills to manage daily activities, schedules, and childcare responsibilities
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for nurturing childhood growth
- CPR and First Aid Certification is preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
