We are not your average daycare!

You become part of a team who demonstrate integrity, innovation, and passionate customer service. We also have FUN every day. For example, you may wear your pajamas to work one day and parade around the center in some Mickey ears the next day with the kids!

When you join Small Hands Big Dreams, your training will not only be interactive and fun, but it will be individualized for you to be successful in your classroom. We are a family-owned center who still has a long, and growing, list of benefits and an owner who knows and is involved in current early childhood education who you will interact with often.

Every weekday, from the minute you step into the classroom you’ll be greeted with smiles and hugs and until the moment you walk out you will be building strong relationships with not only the children but families as well.
