Role Description
This is a part time role based in Miami, FL, As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service. Your daily tasks will include managing reservations, answering phone calls and emails, providing information to customers, and assisting with administrative duties. You will help maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the values of Small Batch Hospitality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Reservations management
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities and a client-oriented mindset
- Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written interactions
- Proficiency in using office management tools and reservation software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a polished and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in hospitality or customer service are advantageous
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer-facing, or administrative roles is highly valued
