Job Title: Business Analyst – Post-Trade Compliance
Location: Boston, MA

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document post-trade compliance rules and workflows.
- Support trade life cycle processes across equities, fixed income, derivatives, and fund/portfolio instruments.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Portfolio Managers, and IT to define requirements and functional specifications.
- Work with fund and portfolio data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory adherence.
- Assist in UAT, testing, and implementation of compliance and trade workflow enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or post-trade operations.
- Strong knowledge of trade life cycle, post-trade compliance, and fund/portfolio data.
- Familiarity with asset classes: equities, fixed income, derivatives.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with OMS/EMS platforms (e.g., Charles River, Bloomberg AIM, Aladdin).
- SQL or data analysis experience

Pay: $55.00 - $58.00 per hour
