What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kennel Technician position at Small Animal Clinic?
Duties may include, but not limited to:
- Walk and feed boarding and hospitalized dogs and cats multiple times a day.
- Observation of patients for any obvious signs of health concerns and reporting to the veterinarian.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kennel and common areas on a daily basis. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash, laundry, and more.
- Ability to properly restrain patients for examination and services.
- Bathing, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, and trimming of nails.
- Assist the technician and veterinarian during patient examination and surgery.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
