Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all food handling and preparation areas
• Follow recipe adherence to ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes
• Assist with menu planning by suggesting new pizza toppings or variations based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients
• Support food production during high-volume periods by managing multiple orders simultaneously
• Ensure proper food storage, inventory management, and rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles within the food industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper kitchen hygiene practices
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and grills
• Experience with food handling, cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high-volume production demands
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure recipe adherence and consistent quality
• Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for culinary arts is essential
