Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Green Bay, WI. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing project schedules, managing subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing drawings and specifications, tracking progress, and resolving field issues in collaboration with superintendents and foremen. The Project Manager will handle project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and client communications, as well as coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory and contract requirements. This role also supports estimating, participates in progress meetings, and contributes to building strong relationships with clients and project partners.
Qualifications
- Project coordination and control skills, including Project Management and Inspection competencies.
- Expediting capabilities, including experience as an Expeditor and proficiency in Expediting activities.
- Experience managing construction projects, preferably in commercial, municipal, industrial and healthcare settings.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Proficient in project management software and standard office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Word).
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality; OSHA training or similar certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Green Bay, WI, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a growing company environment.
