🔎 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a fast-paced Agile team supporting the Retirements platform. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to analyze requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories (JIRA)
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, and offshore teams
- Create workflows, process diagrams, and solution documentation
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate business requirements
- Identify and resolve project blockers by working with stakeholders
🛠 Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (Technical/IT focus)
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and microservices architecture
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, user stories, and requirement documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word)

- Experience in Wealth Management / Banking / Financial Services
- Knowledge of lending products, accounting, or treasury functions
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Experience creating user flows and process diagrams
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
