As a Verizon Team Member, you will be on the front lines, helping people understand their options, making connections, and driving business forward.
As a Verizon Team Member, you will guide potential customers in the Harrisburg area through the Verizon FiOS and wireless product offerings. You will provide real, in‑person service: educating, advising, resolving concerns, and helping customers make decisions. Your ability to communicate clearly and provide friendly, trustworthy guidance will help drive your success and the success of the sales team.
Verizon Team Member Responsibilities
- Meet and greet potential customers in assigned residential territories in and around Harrisburg.
- Explain Verizon FiOS (internet/TV) and wireless products, features, and current promotions in a clear and helpful manner.
- Assist customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand all aspects.
- Deliver personalized customer service; listen to needs, resolve questions, and ensure customers feel confident in their decision.
- Record accurate information about customer interactions and pass feedback to improve service, offerings, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with your team to identify opportunities for more sales, share what works, and help improve customer attraction strategies.
Verizon Team Member Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 18 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
- Comfortable working in‑person, visiting residential territories, and interacting directly with customers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; friendly, patient, and customer‑focused.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to manage your time and responsibilities effectively.
Strong problem‑solving skills; ability to address customer concerns on the spot.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
