Some cashier and any managing experience is a PLUS

Position Summary: The Slutty Salsa Cook is a dynamic member of the Slutty Salsa team whose primary focus is giving each customer a delicious, irresistible meal. The cook manages all back of the house functions for the food truck and gets support from expo while doing so. You need to study the menu and understand it, to be able to keep a steady flow at all times. Communication amongst everyone working on the truck is important, to allow for the least amount of confusion. All roles are integrated at Slutty Salsa to ensure fast-quality service all while maintaining customer satisfaction and streamlining operations. Minimum pay starting out is $15/hr

Must be able to cross train sometimes to help with the flow

Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
Keeps a cool head under pressure.
Some server, cashier or managing experience is a plus
Minimum education required is a High School Diploma/Degree

Specific Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients and cook all dishes to Slutty Salsa’s standard
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area at all times
Support expo with food prep, which includes reviewing and packing every meal. IF NEEDED
Getting inventory if needed per manager/ Gas will be provided addtl’ $20 pay / company card provided
Prepping salsa and make sure you have everything needed to tackle the day
Bagging and wrapping purchases in a safe manner to ensure easy transit.

Keep inventory and coordinate with other team members on inventory needs
Follows proper workplace procedures, rules, and regulations.
If engaging with a customer maintaining a good/welcoming attitude
Be on time for shift daily
