What You’ll Be Doing (The Day-to-Day)
Be the Ultimate Host: Warmly welcome guests, dive into what they’re looking for, and deliver tailored solutions that make their day.
Show & Tell: Bring our furniture to life with dynamic product demonstrations that highlight the best features and benefits.
Keep It Looking Fresh: Help merchandise new products and maintain a visually stunning, meticulously organized showroom floor.
Level Up the Experience: Use natural, helpful upselling and cross-selling techniques to elevate the customer's space (and maximize your sales!).
Tech & Transactions: Breeze through checkouts, special orders, and returns efficiently using our modern POS system.
Team Captain Energy: Mentor newer staff members and help foster a winning, team-first culture on the sales floor.
Voice of the Store: Answer customer calls with professionalism and positivity, ensuring a seamless journey from start to finish.

Pay Structure: $15/hour training wage first 60 days to get you up to speed, transitioning to a highly rewarding straight commission structure once training is complete.
