Business Systems Specialist - QuickBase/ERP (CMIC)

We are seeking a Business Systems Specialist that is a hands-on contributor who builds, configures, and supports QuickBase applications and Pipelines, and manages CMIC integrations and troubleshooting. Collaborates daily with accounting, ERP, and BI teams in the office to translate business needs into reliable solutions and documentation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain QuickBase apps: tables, forms, relationships, reports, roles/permissions.
• Develop and maintain QuickBase Pipelines and API integrations with CMIC; monitor, debug, and resolve integration issues.
• Provide Tier 1–2 user support and training; triage tickets, gather requirements, and deliver practical solutions.
• Validate and reconcile data using SQL and coordinate fixes with CMIC/ERP teams.
• Participate in sandbox testing and managed deployments.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3 years working with QuickBase or similar low-code platforms (app design, Pipelines, API usage).
• Practical experience with integrations; CMIC experience preferred or demonstrated ERP integration work.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and end-user support skills.
• Basic SQL querying ability.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript), familiarity with REST/JSON and OAuth.
• Accounting/ERP domain knowledge (AP, AR, GL, job costing) or construction industry experience.
  
  

Physical Demands

• Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.
• Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.
• Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.
