Job: Landscape & Hardscape Technician
Job Description
This position will be responsible for assisting in the installation of high-quality landscape and hardscape projects while working safely and efficiently as part of a team.
More specific responsibilities include:
- Installing paver patios, walkways, driveways, and outdoor living spaces.
- Building retaining walls, seating walls, and other hardscape features.
- Assisting with grading, excavation, and site preparation.
- Installing drainage systems and landscape materials.
- Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape elements.
- Spreading mulch, topsoil, gravel, and decorative stone.
- Operating hand tools and power equipment safely.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site.
- Reading and following project plans and directions.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicating effectively with fellow team members and project managers.
- Following all company safety procedures while working on job sites.

Requirements
- Previous landscape or hardscape experience is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform strenuous tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
