Production Supervisor Qualifications:
— Experience in operational leadership and decision-making under pressure within a manufacturing environment.
— Ability to work 3rd shift
— Oversee daily floor operations, support issue escalation, coordinate with Shift Leads, and drive accountability across the shift.
— High School Diploma or GED
