Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney Qualifications:
- 3 years of commercial litigation experience with a proven ability to independently manage complex caseloads from inception to resolution, including comprehensive legal research, drafting, and strategic case development.
- Lead all phases of discovery, including conducting depositions and witness interviews, and represent clients in court through motion practice and oral arguments.
- Serve as a primary client contact, providing regular updates, offering strategic counsel, and negotiating favorable settlements.
- Actively participate in business development, delivering compelling client presentations and representing the company at networking events.
