- The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $150,000. Final agreed upon compensation will be commensurate with individual education, professional designation, experience, internal parity, and location.

- Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering, Planning, Urban Planning, or related field
- 15 years of increasingly responsible professional experience
- Professional Engineer or Professional Transportation Planner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present and convey information clearly and concisely
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal guidelines/standards, policies, and procedures
- Desire to be on the forefront of the evolving transportation planning field
- Familiarity with emerging best-practices/guidelines in transportation, smart cities, micro-mobility, and urban transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to travel by airplane and car, including overnight travel
- Critical thinking and strong communication skills (graphic, written, and interpersonal)
- Efficient, thorough, detail-oriented, and dedicated to quality work
- Ability to establish, manage, maintain and grow client relationships
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment across numerous disciplines
