As a Physical Therapy Assistant at ESPT you’ll work closely with our Physical Therapists to carry out individualized treatment plans and provide high-quality, evidence-based care. Your day-to-day work directly impacts patient outcomes, satisfaction, and overall recovery—making you an essential part of our clinical team.

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
  • Active or eligible Kansas licensure to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Outpatient experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
  • Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.

Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
  • Solid understanding of physical therapy techniques and principles.
  • Ability to follow direction while working independently when appropriate.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

Salary : $50,000 - $62,000
