Role Description
The company is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join their team at their Fort Collins, CO location. In this on-site role, the Operations Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards. The role includes managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with operational policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in operations management, production planning, and team supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in resource optimization and process improvement. Proven track record of improving measurable KPIs such as Labor efficiency, Inventory accuracy, on time delivery and scrap/regrind reduction.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and manufacturing compliance
- Effective communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Proficiency in project management and ability to meet deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel-based operational analysis
- Familiarity with supply chain management and inventory control practices
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in extrusion or injection molding is an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Estimated starting wage: $135,000 to $150,000. This information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, and education.
