Inventory Associate

We are a growing apparel brand and need immediate support with inventory and order fulfillment.

We are urgently hiring a reliable Inventory & Fulfillment Assistant who can start right away.

Position: Inventory & Fulfillment Assistant

Location: New York City ( 10001)

Start Date: Immediately

Hours: Flexible (part-time or full-time)

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders quickly and accurately
• Manage incoming shipments and check quantities received
• Update inventory counts in our system (Shopify / Excel)
• Prepare labels, packing lists, and shipment documents
• Organize shelves, stock, and products
• Communicate with our team about missing items, delays, or issues
• Assist with returns processing and restocking

Requirements

• Must be available immediately
• Fast, accurate, and responsible
• Experience with fulfillment, warehouse, or e-commerce operations preferred
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic computer skills (Shopify, Excel, or similar)

Compensation

• 16-20 hourly rate
• Fast onboarding process
