Inventory Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain precise stock levels using Excel and Shopify.
• Analyze inventory data through Excel to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with procurement teams.
• Support demand planning and forecasting efforts by analyzing sales patterns and inventory turnover rates to optimize stocking levels.
• Assist in materials handling activities including heavy lifting, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials management.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in warehouse operations and implementing best practices for inventory control and materials handling.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency with Excel and Goggle Sheets
• Knowledge with Shopify
• Excellent data analysis skills, with a conscious driven, fact based approach
• Familiarity with category management, merchandising concepts, and retail management practices.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory accuracy.
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
• Respectful collaboration, with an eagerness to do a bit of everything
