Shipping & Inventory Execution Specialist (Part-Time) -SIES
Warehouse Execution, Inventory Accuracy & Customer Fulfillment - Growth Path to Inventory Lead
Role Purpose The Shipping & Inventory Execution Specialist is a frontline representative of Slow Pour Supply, directly influencing the customer experience through accurate, timely, and high-quality order fulfillment. This role ensures products are picked, packed, labeled, and shipped correctly while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting ERP/WMS transaction integrity. Working closely with the Customer Experience & Administrative Specialist, Warehouse & Inventory Specialist, and Senior Supply Chain Specialist, this role contributes to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supports the growth of our company and the specialty coffee community.
Key Responsibilities Shipping & Receiving Execution - Ensure accurate shipping and receiving procedures
- Execute daily inbound and outbound shipping and receiving under SOPs
Package, seal, and label products carefully Verify shipments against manifests, invoices, and orders
- Maintain shipment records and prepare documentation
- Restock, receive, and count inventory
Inventory Accuracy & ERP Execution - Maintain accurate inventory records across all platforms
- Perform accurate SAP/WMS transactions (GR, GI, transfers, adjustments)
Support cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance investigations Escalate inventory discrepancies
- Process drop-ship orders and invoicing accurately
Customer Support & Order Assistance - Driving sales and service excellence
- Respond to shipping- and order-related customer inquiries
- Assist with order creation, adjustments, holds, cancellations, returns, and exchanges
- Provide timely solutions and maintain accurate customer and order records Function:
Collaboration & Development - Support team collaboration and positive operational culture
- Work with Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to validate process feasibility
- Support Senior Supply Chain Specialist in inbound execution needs
- Support Administrative and Customer Success Assistant with inventory inquiries
- Contribute to audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build coordination, accuracy, and ERP/WMS skills for advancement
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Part-time with potential to increase hours based on skill set and business needs
Salary $18 - $20.5 per hour, with potential salary increases based on quarterly performance review.

- Does Not Own: ERP configuration, inventory parameters, or master data
- Owns: Daily execution, inventory accuracy, ERP/WMS transaction integrity, SOP adherence, and safe operations
