Job Summary:
A SlotCycle Materials Handler II plays a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing tasks related to the tracking and handling of Shipping and Receiving software, parts and slot machines. The successful candidate should have five to seven years' experience working with slot machine parts, preferably in a warehouse environment. This position also requires forklift certification on a upright forklift. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receiving of all incoming goods and checking they match the PO specifications.
- Inspection of all incoming goods for damage.
- Perform system transactions to maintain inventory counts and bin accuracy.
- Assist with data entry work on annual physical inventory.
- Research and resolve all key issues, adjustments and discrepancies.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
- Perform routine cycle counting of floor and stockroom inventories
- Assist in fulfilling purchase order requests in a timely, organized manner.
- Perform barcoding and inventory input data.
- Investigate proper delivery to bin location or production line if not specified on order.
- Devise ways to optimize inventory control processes and procedures.
- Place product on hold with issues to be reviewed by upper management.
- Utilize the warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents.
- Package all outgoing goods for shipping per order requirements.
- Ensure all outgoing goods are secured correctly when loaded for shipping so that they will not move or be damaged in transit.
- Assist in the creation of shipping documents
- Ensure all shipping documentation has been completed by both the shipper and the carrier
- All other tasks and duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to acquire Gaming Work Card
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years with slot machine parts
- Stand Up Fork Lift certification
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Must be computer literate, with advanced knowledge of MS Software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Preferred knowledge of:
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Stand Up Fork Lift certification required
- Extensive knowledge of gaming devices, software and peripheral equipment.
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working in both an office and in the production facility.
- Ability to work independently either individually or within a team structure with minimal direction.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and good follow-through required
Supervision Requirements:
- Minimal: Worker receives detailed directions toward accomplishment of daily tasks or project objectives. Must draw on available resources to accomplish result.
Work Hours:
Must work full-time and be flexible based on the needs and requirements of SLOTCYCLE Office address: 3920 W. Sunset Rd, Ste A, Las Vegas, NV 89118
Office hours are M-F - 7am - 4 pm

Ability to handle directives, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English.
