Position Summary
The S hipping and Shipping and Receiving Clerk i s responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments .
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload shipments with enthusiasm and efficiency.
- Comfortable carrying heavy boxes (upwards to 50 pounds)
- Comfortable bending, reaching, lift, etc...
- Comfortably navigate stairs while ensuring the safe handling of incoming goods.
- Stock shelves with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a neat and organized receiving area.
- Perform cleaning duties to uphold a clean and inviting environment.
- Other responsibilities as assig ned by managers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic understanding of safe handling of materials and adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Creative mindset with an openness to experimenting with new ideas .
- Ability to work well in a team setting and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to stand for extended periods and handle small components.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, ready to bring joy to our guests whenever needed.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently, with a genuine passion for fun, creativity, and the Sloomoo brand.
