Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Operate POS system and cash register accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and change for customers.
- Demonstrate product features through effective product demos to enhance sales opportunities.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns.
