RESPONSIBILTIESDamage Assessment- inspecting vehicles to assess damages and necessary repairs to vehicleParts & Estimates- Knowledgable of parts evaluation & estimating repairsRepair & Replacement of damaged parts on vehiclesPerform light body work including dents, scratches, prepping & block sanding body panels. Minor plastic welding, Minor metal pulling, knowledge of fiberglass repair Glass repair & replacement Metal Bending, proper use of a vehicle liftInspecting work to make sure it meets safety & quality regulationsPainting/Refinishing skills ( beneficial but not required) ADDITIONAL SKILLS REQUIREDKnowledge & adhearing to safety regulations & procedures & work shop environmentsAttention to detail, basic math skills, time management, dexterity to work with small parts & small spaces, physically fit, effective communication skills with other auto body techs & shop advisorEDUCATIONASE auto body certifications or equivalent job experience, Paintless dent repair (PDR), knowledge of classic car restoration & custom body work Company DescriptionSloan Product Ltd. is a family owned AutoBody, Collision Repair, Restoration & Detail Shop in Jackson Township.
