Join our team as an Ag Sprayer Technician and put your technical expertise to work where it matters most—supporting customers in the field. In this independent, customer-focused role, you'll perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on agricultural, application, and turf equipment while delivering exceptional service at customer locations.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural, application, and turf equipment, including Agriculture Management Solutions (AMS) technology.
- Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting using specialized tools and manufacturer procedures.
- Communicate repair recommendations and service findings directly with customers and Service Manager while accurately documenting work performed.
- Maintain service vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
- Complete work orders, reports, and time/material records accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current on equipment and emerging technologies.
- Mentor Service Technician Trainees and support customer clinics and educational events.
- Follow all safety policies while delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience servicing large agriculture, sprayer, and turf equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to perform advanced repairs using specialized tools and manufacturer technical procedures.
- Strong diagnostic, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment.
- Proficiency with Service Advisor and basic computer applications.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Advanced Service Technician Certification and forklift certification are preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must maintain a good driving record in compliance with company Motor Vehicle Records criteria throughout employment.
- Must pass a DOT physical and renew certification annually as a condition of continued employment.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay Information:
The hourly pay range for this position is $19 to $50. This reflects a reasonable estimate of the targeted base hourly wage for this role. Based on factors such as geographic location and candidate qualifications, actual base pay is determined when an employment offer is made.
In Season Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 7am-12pm OR 7am-3pm (rotation determined by store)
Off Season/Winter Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
*In Season Hours may be extended during peak seasons (planting, harvest, or any other peak selling season) to meet the needs of the store. Extended Hours are determined by the needs of the store and subject to change. *
*Off Season Hours are from November-March. Start and end date to winter hours is dependent on year and subject to change. *
