Headquartered in Nashville and rapidly growing, we are commencing the search for the next candidate to join our team.

In this challenging, yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for the overall reputation and success of our luxury aesthetic dermatology clinic. You will not only directly provide care to patients, but also serve as a leader in our organization.

About 40-50% of your time will be spent as an injector administering products like Botox or filler, the other time will be spent adminstering skincare devices. You will also devote several hours per day to admin time such as ordering, stocking, texting patients, and rescheduling patients.

Pay range

Base Salary Range for an NP: $80,000-$120,000 depending on aesthetic certifications and dermatology CMEs.

Base Salary Range for an RN: $50,000-$80,000 depending on aesthetic certifications and dermatology CMEs.

Total Pay for an NP (Base Salary plus annual bonus): $80,000 for someone without an existing aesthetic clientele, up to $175,000 for someone who needs no training and has a large number of existing clients.

Total Pay for an RN: $50,000-$135,000.

Hours of work per week: 45/week. 40 patient hours per week and 5 admin hours per week. Can be pro-rated for part time. (Example: 23 patient hours per week and 3 admin hours per week).

Travel is required: Travel to Nashville for meetings and trainings is required.

Nurse practitioner Duties:

· Analyze and interpret patients’ history, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
· Prescribe medication dosage, routes, and frequencies based on patients’ characteristics such as age and gender.
· Interpret the results of diagnostic tests such blood tests, electrocardiograms, and radiographs.
· Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, aesthetic publications, and aesthetic evidence. Follow-up with patients and modify treatment plans.
· Diagnose or treat acute health problems such as illnesses, infections, and injuries.
· Prescribe medications based on efficacy, safety, and cost as legally authorized.

Detect and respond to adverse drug reactions.
· Direct care of adverse reactions to aesthetic treatments, therapies, or products in coordination with the Registered Nurses.
· Perform and document H&Ps and see to it that all patients in the clinic are excellent candidates for treatment.
· Serve as knowledge resource for the Registered Nurses; meet and consult regularly with Registered Nurses to evaluate and modify treatment plans.
· Undertake relevant research, performing PubMed and other medical literature searches.

· Continuously up-to-date on the latest developments in nursing, medicine, and aesthetic medicine.

Professional Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Nursing or Science of Nursing

· 3 years of bedside registered nurse experience required.
