About Slipstream Slipstream builds portable swim current generators — compact, precision-made machines that let swimmers train anywhere. We're a small, hands-on team that cares about quality and moves fast. This summer we need capable people to help us keep up with demand.
The Role We're looking for smart, hardworking people who want real work — not busywork. You'll be on the production floor from day one, building and shipping a product you can be proud of. Hours are flexible; we'll work with the right candidate on scheduling.
What You'll Do
- Assemble Slipstream units following build procedures
- Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment
- Receive, organize, and stage components
- Perform quality checks at key production steps
- Pitch in wherever the shop floor needs you
Who We're Looking For
- Recent grad, gap year, athlete, tradesperson between jobs, or anyone who wants serious work this summer
- Reliable, punctual, takes direction well
- Comfortable on your feet and working with your hands
- Prior hands-on work experience (manufacturing, construction, landscaping, athletics) is a plus — not required
- Sharp, coachable, and takes pride in doing things right
