Job Summary
We are seeking a highly adaptable and collaborative IT professional who is comfortable working across a broad range of technologies. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding user support while also applying critical thinking to improve systems, infrastructure, and operational processes.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service, delivering a “white glove” support experience.
- Strong systems administration background with an engineering-focused, problem-solving mindset.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (Cisco Meraki experience strongly preferred; Palo Alto exposure is a plus).
- Experience supporting both macOS and Windows environments in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with Kandji, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with employee onboarding/offboarding processes and supporting lab-based environments.
- Highly proactive, team-oriented, and execution-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience within the biotech industry is preferred but not required.
