There is a great foundation of skilled team members in place representing many years of impacting ministry at Victory. There is a large vision for a great season ahead. Victory has recently completed a multi-million dollar building renovation including a sizable AVL upgrade in the auditorium which includes a large LED Wall and new audio system.
The church is located between Tampa and Orlando, FL. Lakeland has been recognized as the "All American City." It's a friendly mid-size city of 250,000, with all the amenities.
Victory Church launched in March 1989. From day one, the church has had a heart to reach lost people. Victory is truly known as Lakeland's community church. In 2006 Victory launched the South Campus which is thriving today as they meet in a movie theater.
Victory is a large church with 3,000 in attendance. They occupy 170,000 square feet of permanent buildings, located on 85 acres.
Every person is encouraged to live a life of personal evangelism. Victory gives about $1.5 million each year to advance the gospel locally and globally. They support 240 missionaries around the world, and partner with 47 missional organizations. The Dream Center and inner-city Kids Club program are known city-wide for having a tremendous impact on the community.

The worship experience at Victory is of utmost importance to create the atmosphere for people to hear the Word of God, respond to the Holy Spirit and experience new life in Christ.
Ministry excellence is valued in all aspects of weekend gatherings, so that Jesus is reflected to those who don’t know Him. Victory also brings a Holy Spirit sensitivity in the worship services. Sunday mornings are not simply a musical performance, but rather a fresh encounter with God every week.
The stylistic focus is a contemporary sound, with a connection to multiple generations. A key dynamic of the Sunday musical approach is a solid mix of modern music that resonates with a wide base, while understanding how a well-placed modern hymn connects with all demographics. There is a solid team in place including talented vocalists and a session-level band, as well as a seasoned choir and orchestra who work together to create dynamic expressions of worship. The right Holy Spirit-filled leader for this position will give dynamic leadership on and off platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Visionary and Pastoral Leadership for the Worship team
-Oversee worship staff and teams for North and South Campus
-Service Planning for Sunday and Wednesday services
-Develop leaders
-Participate in special events and conferences
