ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Programs



  • Long term strategy for the ministry
  • Plan and organize Sunday morning classes at all campuses
  • Plan and organize Sunday night event at Austintown Campus (*HSM, Tech)
  • Plan and organize Wednesday night small groups
  • Plan and organize Summer camp
  • Serve with Kids camp
  • Wedding and Funeral rotation
  • On call for Holiday rotation
  • Preach on occasion

  • Relational



  • Students: Building relationships inside and outside the programs
  • Parents: Building relationships inside and outside the programs
  • Parent communication
  • Connection with local school system regularly
  • Volunteers - training and equipping, relationship building
  • Monthly connection and training with student leaders
  • Teacher training
  • Attend extracurricular events for Students and volunteers (sports, band, drama, volunteers’ workplaces/hobbies)

  • Administrative



  • Time Sheets
  • Student/family data entry in CCB database*
  • Volunteer Schedules for all campuses and groups
  • Volunteer communication via Slack, emails, and other forms
  • Graphics - Calendars, postcards, social media posts, videos*
  • Manage ministry YouTube Channel
  • Manage ministry Social Media accounts (including Facebook and Instagram and any other social media platforms to connect with students)
  • Weekly communication with Family Ministry Team (FMT)
  • Curriculum - creating, researching, editing and/or distributing
  • Tech at all campuses (with support from Tech department)
  • Receipts and vouchers
  • New student follow-up letters
  • Baptism letters
  • Sunday morning curriculum coordinator
  • Sunday and Wednesday night programming
  • Other duties as assigned.
