Front End Web Developer

About the job:The Front-End Web Developer builds, optimizes, and maintains visually compelling, high-performing webexperiences using Webflow and other front-end tools. This role partners with design, marketing, and productteams to deliver scalable, accessible, and user-friendly digital solutions that enhance brand presence andperformance. We’re looking for someone who:• Has proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with or without Webflow experience (Webflow expertisepreferred but not required)• Is proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive design• Understands web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles• Is a people person that collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and communicates clearly• Possesses strong empathy for both internal stakeholders and external users• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and a people-first mindset• Is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• (Preferred) Is familiar with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, CMS integrations, and SEO best practices• (Preferred) Has experience working in Agile or Scrum environments What you’ll do:• Build, maintain, and optimize web pages using Webflow, ensuring design accuracy and performance• Develop responsive layouts and ensure cross-browser compatibility• Implement A/B testing results to improve site performance and user engagement• Ensure all web experiences meet accessibility and usability standards• Collaborate with designers using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD• Create scalable, reusable design systems aligned with brand and UX guidelines• Work closely with SEO specialists and web producers to execute updates and improvements• Test and troubleshoot site issues, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery• Continuously improve site speed, responsiveness, and overall user experienceCompany DescriptionSlingShot Connections provides contract staffing, direct hire placement, executive search recruitment, payroll services, and customized staffing solutions for numerous verticals, including accounting & finance, hospitality, human resources, and many more.
