About the job:The Sales Operations Analyst will support Sales and Global Operations by delivering accurate reporting, managing order escalations, aligning supply, and ensuring pricing compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.We're looking for someone who:Has 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related fieldWorks with sensitive and confidential information with integrityDemonstrates advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); BI tools experience is a plusUnderstands demand management, order fulfillment, and supply chain processesCommunicates effectively with Sales, Operations, and Finance teamsPays strong attention to detail, maintains process discipline, and meets tight deadlinesIs proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethicHolds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)Brings strong revenue reporting and sales/financial analysis skillsWhat you'll do:Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support quarterly and annual revenue planningTrack global revenue and bookings against forecasts, providing variance analyses and identifying gapsSupport corporate-level reporting and participate in business reviews with leadershipDesign and implement sales reports with IT and business usersPerform ad hoc analyses for bookings and revenue scenario modelingCreate and maintain monthly gap reports for Sales reviewManage pull-in requests, expedites, and provide updates to Sales within 24–48 hoursTrack orders not meeting customer request dates, including gaps and lead timesPartner with Global Operations on build plans, supportability, and shortfall analysisSupport Sales in managing product wind-down demand and pricing activities
Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
