Job Description
Slingo Financial Services is looking for a remote entry level sales agent to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and resilient with good communication and problem solving skills. We are in the people business and expect our agents to go the extra mile for their clients when at all possible. We pride ourselves in thinking outside of the box to provide the best client experience in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to clients that have submitted a request for an agent to follow up with them regarding the insurance products they have requested.
- Build rapport and long lasting relationships with clients.
- Assist clients with applying for the insurance product while monitoring the underwriting of their application.
- Attend weekly meetings and training calls to stay up to date with industry trends and hone sales skills to full potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Life and health insurance license, or ability to obtain license
- Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
- Dedicated home office space
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
