The desired candidate will have:
- 2 years of experience as Prep Cook
- Preferably with steakhouse experience
- Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry
- Ability to manage a prep list from start to finish
- Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
- Full-time availability – including weekend availability is desired
