What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slim Chickens - Team Member/Crew Member position at Slim Chickens?
A Team Member will train in various positions in Front of House and Back of House and have the ability to fill in at any position. After training, your manager will place you in a more defined position that best suits your skills and abilities as well as the needs of the restaurant.
Team members 18 years of age and up starting wages will range from $11.50 - $12.00 per hour with the ability to increase to $14.00 per hour in as little as four months.
Under 18 hourly wages may be less.
Slim Chickens is hiring teens and adults with fast food experience or no experience at all. If you have held a team member or crew member position, you could be a great fit. Cooks and customer service positions are needed.
