COOK / PREP / DISH JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Back of House employee you play a critical role in ensuring the Guest has a great experience. Your responsibilities include:


  • Prepare orders to recipe and Guest specification

  • Prepping product

  • Conducting opening, running and closing duties

  • Receiving and storing product

  • Safety and sanitation

  • Washing, cleansing and sanitizing all used cookware and prep tools
