Job Summary
We're on the lookout for friendly and energetic Restaurant Crew Members to join our team at our Antioch location. We are primarily looking for candidates with DAY TIME availability. This role is all about creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied. As part of our crew, you'll be the face of the restaurant, helping with food prep, customer orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble Pizza, Wings, Cinnamon Rolls quickly and accurately, following established recipes and safety standards.
- Operate POS systems to process sales, handle cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions efficiently.
- Take customer orders with a friendly attitude, upsell menu items to enhance guest experience, and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation of kitchen equipment and dining areas to meet food safety standards.
- Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation and service hours.
- Support team members in bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and managing food handling tasks to keep the restaurant inviting.
- Handle cash register operations accurately while providing excellent customer service during busy hours.
Skills
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with an upbeat attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining a clean workspace.
