Description

Expert application development including; Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL Developer.

Duties

• Designing, coding, testing, debugging, and tuning Oracle Forms and Reports 10g.
• Work with key program area stakeholders to understand the business requirements for new/redesigned systems.
• Collaborate with the IT and program area leads to translate program area requirements into technology requirements and recommend viable technical options.
• Perform code reviews and suggest changes that will best fit the Program and Agency needs.
• Perform Proof of Concept / Proof of Value for various technologies
  
  

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience (15 Years)
• Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.
  
  

Requirements

• This is an 100% Onsite.
• 84 months experience developing Oracle Forms and Reports v9, v10 Applications.
• 84 months experience working in government agency specialist to transporation agency.
• 84 months experience developing in PL/SQL and SQL*Plus and SQL writing stored procedures, functions, packages and triggers, various ETL tools.
• 84 Months experience with Performance Tuning of SQL Queries and performing technical proof of concepts or proof of value for government agencies.
• 60 months experience programming applications for use with UNIX, NT and PC environments.
• 84 months experience developing scripts and testing for an Oracle 8i/9i/10g environment.
