The resource will be involved with the OCFS IES project team. The resource will support OCFS and its program areas to ensure the needs of the project are met.
Duties
- Participate in meetings to elicit, document and validate business requirements
- Develop to-be process flows
- Collaborate and serve as a liaison between ITS, OCFS Program, BSSI and Finance staff
- Assist with system testing, including the development, validation, and execution of test plans
- Experience (12 Years)
- Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
- This is an 100% Onsite.
- 60 months of Integrated Eligibility System (IES) experience with a focus on Services (Child Welfare, Adult Protective, Domestic Violence) programs.
- 60 months of experience working with an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) or a Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) system in a state where health and human services are state-supervised, locally administered.
- 60 months of experience working with the NYS Integrated Eligibility System (IES) payment system focusing on authorized payments for Services (Child Welfare, Adult Protective, Domestic Violence) programs.
- 60 months of experience analyzing and evaluating business processes and identify areas for improvement for a Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) or an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) that includes Services (Child Welfare, Adult Protective, Domestic Violence) programs.
- 60 months of experience eliciting, documenting and validating business requirements for a Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) or an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) that includes Services (Child Welfare, Adult Protective, Domestic Violence) programs.
- 60 months of experience developing reports and translating technical and non-technical information into business language for program staff.
- 60 months of experience developing UAT test cases and participating in UAT for a Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) or an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) with a focus on Services (Child Welfare, Adult Protective, Domestic Violence) programs.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business Analyst Certification (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, etc.)
