Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Broker Associate located in Frisco, Keystone, or Breckenridge, CO. The Broker Associate will engage in day-to-day responsibilities including managing client interactions, assisting with property transactions, and providing expert guidance in the buying and selling process. Additional duties include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, performing market analyses, and staying informed on local real estate trends to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and Commercial Real Estate
- Must hold an active Colorado Broker License and have a minimum of 3 years of licensed, residential sales experience in Colorado
- Proficiency in Brokerage processes and operations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Familiarity with the Summit County, CO area and local real estate market is a must
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and transactions
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools for real estate transactions
