Slifco Electric is a premier electrical contracting firm serving the Automotive, Heavy Industrial, and Mission Critical sectors. We specialize in both ground-up construction and major renovations, managing electrical packages ranging from small service work to multi-million-dollar installations.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide daily administrative support to field teams and management.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and project documentation.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between field personnel and other departments.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scanning, and document control.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and prepare important documentation.
- Act as a personal assistant to field managers when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Work Environment & Benefits:
- Monday through Friday; 8-hour shifts.
- Possibly some overtime on Saturday's.
