As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our agency network, helping grow business, strengthen relationships, and expand Slide's presence in key markets.
What You'll Do
- Drive profitable growth through new business production, written premium, and agency engagement within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies based on market opportunities, agency performance, and company goals
- Build strong agency relationships through in-person visits, training, product discussions, and ongoing support
- Analyze sales, production, and profitability trends to identify opportunities and optimize territory performance
- Partner with Underwriting, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to support agency success
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activity to provide strategic recommendations and drive results
What You'll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3 years of Property & Casualty insurance sales, agency distribution, or territory management experience
- 2 years of outside sales experience
- Experience managing agency portfolios against new business, premium, production, and profitability goals
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance products, agency distribution, and sales strategies
- Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action
