What You’ll Do
- Maintain spa cleanliness to 100% Cleanliness Guarantee standards
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms, tanning beds, and spa areas between clients
- Support Wellness Consultants by ensuring rooms are stocked and ready
- Perform laundry duties and restock linens, towels, and supplies
- Follow sanitation protocols and communicate room status, supply needs, or issues
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Service-oriented mindset with a team-first attitude
- Ability to follow processes, checklists, and sanitation protocols
