Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3 years in facilities management, preferably in spa, hospitality, or wellness industries
- Strong technical knowledge of spa equipment and maintenance standards
- Proficiency with Google Suite and operational software tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely with OSHA-required PPE
- Ability to travel locally up to 75%, with occasional travel for new location support
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Facilities Manager, you’ll lead the operations and maintenance across all Slick Rock locations, ensuring that each spa operates at its peak for our clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and servicing of tanning beds, spray booths, sauna pods, float pods, and all spa equipment
- Manage facility upkeep—cleanliness, repairs, compliance, and safety standards
- Build and manage vendor relationships for equipment and service needs
- Collaborate on budget planning for maintenance, upgrades, and operational expenses
- Train, supervise, and evaluate service team members to ensure high performance
- Implement daily workflow scheduling for maximum operational efficiency
- Develop and execute emergency preparedness plans for each location
- Drive energy-saving initiatives and operational cost improvements
- Support facility setup and operational readiness for new locations
- Maintain accurate records for warranties, inspections, service agreements, and licensing
- Manage inventory of supplies, parts, and equipment
- Identify process improvements and recommend cost-saving opportunities

Compensation & Incentives
- $50,000–$65,000 base salary
- Plus 10% incentive compensation plan

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
- Occasional weekends and extended hours as needed
Travel
- Local (Spokane/CDA) travel up to 75%
- Out-of-town travel for new location setup up to 10%
