Digital Marketing Manager - Elkhart
Do you have digital marketing industry expertise and want the flexibility to execute your own ideas and schedule? Do you have a strong foundation in SEO and copywriting, and want a hands-on role on real client projects? Slick Raven Marketing is looking for a full-time W2 Digital Marketing Manager to support our team and help drive growth for our clients. At Slick Raven Marketing, we work with an array of clients, from smaller, local businesses to national retailers, manufacturers, and jet charter companies.
Slick Raven Marketing Digital Marketing Managers create eye-catching content, including short-form video, manage multiple clients across a diverse set of industries, and publish ads that convert, track, and report KPIs.
Work Location
- 80% Work From Home, 20% On-Site
Candidates must be based in Southwest Michigan or Northern Indiana.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is not a passive role. You will be actively contributing to marketing strategy, execution, and revenue growth.
- Management and use of Meta Business suite and Sendible tools to schedule out content.
- Ability to communicate with clients on draft approvals.
- Obtaining client objectives (i.e., increasing sales, traffic, brand awareness, engagement, etc.) and implementing organic and paid content to meet those goals.
- Creating graphics and videos for digital platforms.
- Creating clever verbiage for posts.
- Attending photo sessions, light editing, and uploading photos.
- Daily social listening and community management for all clients.
- Research topics, industry trends, and marketing ideas for clients.
- Creation of Facebook ads with supervision.
- Stay up to date with current technology and social media trends.
- Keep up with marketing trends across clientele industries.
- Report KPIs and ROIs monthly.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain own time management.
- Project management skills to balance multiple projects independently.
- Ability to be a self-starter and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in marketing with an eye for business development.
- Experience in digital marketing & social media management.
- Solid ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts across several industries.
- Reliable, full of new ideas, eager to learn.
- Excellent online research skills & ability to solve problems.
- A great proofreader with excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- A creative mind when it comes to setting up product photography, specifically food.
- Experience with graphic design (Canva or Photoshop).
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Skilled with a DSLR for videography and photography is a bonus but not required!
Job Details
Full-time W2 position
Compensation: $42,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience
