We are currently hiring enthusiastic Team Members for our Sales Associate/Team Member position.
What We're Looking For
Our ideal Team Member is positive, dependable, outgoing, and ready to have fun while working hard. You’ll interact with guests throughout your shift, work alongside a fast-moving team, and help create the welcoming, high-energy experience Slick City is known for.
We’re looking for people who take ownership of their work, support their teammates, and aren't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed.
Minimum Qualifications & Expectations
- Show up to every scheduled shift on time, ready to work, and with a positive attitude. This is our #1 expectation.
- Weekends Required
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and professional guest service
- Create a welcoming environment and help every guest have an outstanding experience
- Work well as part of a team while also being able to work independently
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and coworkers
- Stay organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Handle multiple responsibilities and priorities at once
- Be willing to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
- Maintain a cheerful, solution-oriented attitude
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
